Calligraphy 2

This group started as the original Calligraphy group already had as many members as it could reasonably cope with. We are mostly beginners to calligraphy and are learning techniques as we progress.
We meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 10am.

This month we welcomed 2 new ladies to our group.
We had a back to basics session with trying out different types of pens and sizes of writing. We decided to try out Italic font as it seems a little less of a challenge than the Gothic we had originally chosen.
For practice this month we have chosen to write out a Pangram.
