Coffee and Chat

The Coffee and Chat group meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month at various cafes or tea shops.
Everyone is welcome. Sign up sheets will be placed on the table at the monthly meeting or you can book a place by email to coffee@ashbyu3a.co.uk.

12th June - Newlands Cafe and Farm Shop, Hilton DE65 5GQ

Unusually, there were just three of us who ventured out into the sticks to enjoy coffee and cake this month. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the fine weather, beautiful surroundings and tasty treats. We took the pretty route through Repton on our way there because the Ticknal road was closed for resurfacing. We returned via Tutbury and Burton just for a change.

Our next gathering will be a little closer to home at Cattows Farm Cafe at 10am on 10 July 2024. If you would like to join us, please let Colin Woodland Know at coffee@ashbyu3a.co.uk. we have booked for eight but more can easily be added.
